Regular service is $2.15 per pound with a $50 minimum order for Riverside residents. For customers outside Riverside, the minimum order ranges from $75 to $105, depending on location and Uber Courier availability. Pickup and delivery are included in the applicable minimum order. Orders over 100 lbs. may require an additional 1–2 days.
Large or bulky items requiring separate washing or special handling—including comforters, duvets, rugs, doormats, pet beds, large pillows, and curtains—are an additional $15 per item, plus the item’s weight.
Speedy Same-Day Wash, Dry & Fold
Need laundry back fast? 🧺⚡ Last-minute flight? Staying at a hotel? Late-night travel? We’ve got you. Your laundry will be returned within 8 hours of being received—even if that means a late-night delivery.
Service is $3.75 per pound with a $75 minimum, covering up to 20 lbs. Orders cannot exceed 30 lbs., making the maximum service charge $112.50. Orders over 30 lbs. will be converted to Regular Next-Day Service. Pickup and delivery are included for Riverside residents only.
Large or bulky items, comforters, and items requiring hand-washing, air-drying, or hang-drying do not qualify for Same-Day Service.
Steam Refresh & Ironing
Add steam refreshing or ironing to your laundry service for $3.50 per item. High-heat steam helps relax fabric fibers, smooth wrinkles, and reduce odors, while ironing provides a crisp, polished finish.
This is an add-on service only and is available by appointment when scheduling permits. Please request it in advance. Steam refreshing is not dry cleaning and does not remove deep stains.

We primarily serve local Riverside residents. Service outside Riverside depends on the customer’s location and Uber Courier availability. For customers outside Riverside, the minimum order ranges from $75 to $105, which includes pickup and delivery. We primarily serve residents and businesses in Riverside, along with select areas of Loma Linda, Fontana, Corona, and Grand Terrace. Because we work with local couriers, our service area may change or expand. If you live outside Riverside but work in Riverside, we can arrange pickup and delivery at your workplace.
Yes! We serve both residential and commercial clients. We process customer-owned items only and do not provide towel, linen, or uniform rentals. If your business owns its towels, linens, uniforms, or other washable items, we can wash, dry, and fold them for you.
We normally separate whites from colored clothing as part of our standard service. However, items requiring special care—such as hang-drying, cold-water washing, or delicate handling—must be placed in a separate, clearly labeled bag. This helps ensure special-care instructions are not missed, especially with large orders.
Never. Every customer’s order is washed completely separately to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality. Our machines are also cleaned and sanitized using deep-wash cycles and disinfectants after every order.
We cannot service dry-clean-only garments, leather, suede, fur, or cloth diapers. Items containing excessive pet hair, feces, or urine will incur a $25 specialty-cleaning fee.
We use Uber Courier and other local couriers for laundry pickup and delivery. Pickup and delivery costs are included in your applicable minimum order. Arrival times may vary depending on courier availability, and customers will receive updates regarding their pickup and delivery.
Laundry by Joyce does not accept partial payments directly, and all orders must be paid in full before delivery. However, we work with Afterpay through Square, allowing eligible customers to divide their total into installment payments. If you plan to use Afterpay, please indicate this on your order form so we can send you a Square payment link instead of Zelle payment instructions. Afterpay eligibility and payment terms are determined by Afterpay.
No. If you will not be home, simply provide a safe and secure location where the courier can collect or leave your laundry. You will receive a notification once your order has been picked up or delivered.
Because Laundry by Joyce is home-based, we offer flexible scheduling to accommodate our customers. Orders and service requests may be submitted 24/7, while pickup and delivery times are confirmed based on availability.
No. Your laundry is washed in a private residence equipped with multiple washers and dryers—not at a public laundromat. Each customer’s order is processed separately in a clean, controlled environment.
Large or bulky items require separate washing or special handling. These include comforters, duvets, rugs, doormats, pet beds, large pillows, and curtains. An additional **$15 fee per item** is added to the item’s weight-based charge.
Yes. We offer discounted rates for customers who schedule recurring service:
* **Weekly service:** $1.75 per pound
* **Biweekly service:** $2.00 per pound
You must complete four consecutive orders at the standard rate before discounted pricing begins with your fifth order.
If you miss, cancel, or do not schedule two consecutive services, the discount will be canceled. You must complete another four consecutive orders at the standard rate to qualify again.
